The Speed Ball Platform is an essential training tool for boxing training at home or in the gym. In general, the speed ball is designed to improve your hand eye coordination, hand speed, hand rhythm, arm & cardiovascular endurance plus more.
The base set includes; speed ball bracket, platform and swivel (speed ball not included)
