The Xpeed Free Standing Squat Stand is made for your home training environment. With its adjustable height capabilities it makes the perfect piece of training kit to train the lower and upper body.
The stand has 6 adjustable heights for the support arms, starting at 51cm and finishing at 81cm. The J Hooks have 10 adjustable heights, starting at 107.5cm and finishing at 161.5cm.
