We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our FTC Balls. As a testament to our commitment to excellence, we offer a 3-month warranty on manufacturing defects.
Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may occur during the first three months from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures that your gloves are free from defects that could affect their performance or durability.
If you encounter any manufacturing defects within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assess the issue and, if it falls within the warranty guidelines, we will either repair or replace the FTC Balls.
Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or care, or modifications made to the speedball. It is important to follow the care instructions provided with your FTC Balls to ensure their longevity.
