The Xpeed X Series Adjustable FID Bench Bundles are a great bundle buy that allows you to hit multiple angles when you workout. The bench is capable of Flat, Incline, and Decline (FID) positions. Ideal for home and commercial use, the bench has a thick, firm, 2.5" pad wrapped in very durable durable PU outer shell for maximum comfort and support. The solid steel ladder has 7 positions, from 85 degrees incline down to negative 20 degrees decline, while the seat has multiple adjustment angles to give you more support as your back angle changes.

Innovative features include a bare steel back adjustment ladder to prevent the chipping and flaking of paint from metal-on-metal contact seen on other adjustable benches. Wheels on the rear make it easy to transport by lifting the handle on the front of the bench. The backrest of the bench is 89cm long and provides ample workout room for the user.

The Xpeed Preacher Arm Curl Attachment is compatible with the Xpeed X Series Adjustable FID Bench. By adding the Preacher Attachment to the X Series FID Bench the user can isolate their muscles when training their arms. The user can perform arm curls to train their biceps and reverse curls to hit the forearms.

The Xpeed Preacher Arm Curl Attachment is made from quality heavy duty gauge steel with a stylish matte black powder coat, complimented by a comfortable thick padded arm rest covered with durable upholstery. Comes complete with a racking point for an EZY Curl Bar or Barbell.

The Xpeed Leg Developer Attachment is compatible with the Xpeed X-Series Adjustable FID Bench. By adding the Leg Developer to the X Series FID Bench the user can train their legs. The user can perform legs curls to train their hamstrings and leg extension to develop their quads. The Xpeed Leg Developer is made from quality heavy duty gauge steel with a stylish matte black powder coat, complimented by comfortable thick padded rollers covered with durable upholstery.
