Designed in Denmark, the Body Bike Supreme Spin Bike is a completely closed cycle with black protective covers enclosing the crank and central flywheel. This bike is the result of years of manufacturing and design with the world?s best indoor cycles. In addition to this, all vital parts are now stainless steel completely eliminating problems of rust and deterioration. Add a splash of colour to your training thanks to the wide variety of colours of this Body Bike design. Currently the Supreme is only available in Black.

Over the last 5 - 10 years spin bikes have surged in popularity. The culture around spin classes has ensured this style of exercise is a popular way to build up stamina and lose weight. A session on the spin bike involves getting the heavy spinning flywheel up to a chosen speed and keeping it there. There?s no heart-rate control. There are no programs. It?s you and the bike, just as if you were on a road bike. It?s all about maintaining momentum.

Delivery: Body Bikes come pre assembled in a small crate. A phillips head screw driver is required to remove the crate from the pallet, the toe straps used to hold the bike down to the pallet will also need to be undone. For South Australian orders, fully assembled Body Bikes without the crate will be delivered by our partners The Gym & Treadmill Surgeon.
